My email address has changed - How do I tell you?

Please login to the Account Control Panel: https://www.brightfilter.com/myaccount/ and click Account Management. Here you can update all contact details.


My trial license has expired and I do not want to purchase Brightfilter - What do I do now?

Should you not which to purchase a full license for the Brightfilter software, you can remove Brightfilter by either running the .exe or .msi file originally downloaded when you received the registration email and select REMOVE - OR go to START at the bottom left of the screen and select SETTINGS then CONTROL PANEL and click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS - Brightfilter will be in this list - simply click REMOVE.


Unable to login - please set up an administrator error

On configuring the admin user, you may have set an invalid character as part of the username OR password - the hash '#' is an invalid character, so please ensure that this is not used.
